What you tell us stays private.
We do not sell it, publish it, or use it for advertising. It is seen only by our staff and trained volunteers, and the companies that help us run our sites and respond to you.
Network 211 runs journeyonline.org and whojesusis.com. This policy covers both.
WHAT WE COLLECT
What you send us. When you fill out a form, we receive your name, email address and message, and on some forms other details, such as your gender. Prayer requests, questions and decisions of faith are personal, and we treat them that way. We use them to respond to you and to pray for you.
Chat assistants. Our sites offer AI Luke, an AI chat assistant provided for us by HoloLabsAI, and some pages also offer a text chat provided for us by Chatbase. Both are computer programs, not people. AI Luke can also use your microphone and camera, but only if you allow them in your browser. What you share is sent to the company that provides the assistant, and the services it relies on, to generate a reply. We keep a written transcript of each conversation, but not recordings of your voice or video. The assistants may recognize you as the same person across our sites.
How you use our sites. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and where they come from, and Google Ads measurement to know whether an ad led someone to fill out a form. These record that a form was submitted, not what it said. We also use services such as Vimeo, Wufoo and Google reCAPTCHA for videos, forms and spam protection. These tools set cookies, which you can block in your browser settings.
Your information may be processed in the United States. Some of our volunteers are in other countries and access it through our US-based system. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety or our rights.
YOUR CHOICES
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to exercise any other rights you have under local law, email info@network211.com. We will honor your request unless the law requires us to keep the information. Every devotional or email series we send includes an unsubscribe link.
CHILDREN
Our sites are not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
