Faith Walk: Waiting Quietly

During times when our lives seem out of control and we are longing for an end to our trial, Lamentations 3:26 states that “it is good to wait quietly”.

Patience is a calm endurance based on the certainty that God is in control. Most of the time people that succeed are not the most talented or gifted but those who simply endure. They do not quit. They persevere. They are quiet before the Lord. “Father, there are so many things in life that we do not have control over. But they are under Your control, so we give them to you. Help us to wait quietly and patiently upon you.”
