Faith Walk: Purpose in God

It has been written, “Atheism turns out to be too simple. If the whole universe has no meaning, we should never have found out that it has no meaning.”

That is why having a relationship with God is so important. It gives meaning to our lives. Otherwise, we are relegated to find our purpose by “looking within,” or “making up a purpose,” or “having no purpose or meaning at all.” Proverbs 9:10 states: “Knowing God results in every other kind of understanding.” Let us rejoice this day that we do have meaning and purpose in life, which is found in God, the God who does exist, who created us and who knows us better than we know ourselves.
