Faith Walk: Choose Your Focus

Our focus determines our reality. It is a choice. If we focus on our problems, we will become negatively obsessed with our problems. If we focus on God, we will be positively filled with His presence in our lives. Our internal attitudes are more important than our external circumstances. We cannot depend upon what we see if our thought life is out of focus. Let us choose today what we focus on. Paul writes in Philippians 4:8: “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy —think about such things.”
