What you tell us stays private. We do not sell it, publish it, or use it for advertising. It is seen only by our team and the companies that help us run our sites and respond to you.

Network 211 runs journeyonline.org and whojesusis.com. The two sites work together and are operated the same way, so this policy covers both. Below is how it works in practice.

WHAT WE COLLECT

What you send us. When you fill out a form, we receive what you type. Usually that is your name, your email address, and your message. Some forms also ask for other details, such as your gender. Prayer requests, questions, and decisions of faith are personal, and we treat them that way. We use them to respond to you and to pray for you.

Chat assistants. Our sites offer two automated chat assistants: AI Luke, run for us by HoloLabsAI, and a text chat, run for us by Chatbase. They are computer programs, not people. What you type is sent to the company that runs that assistant so it can reply to you, and is handled under our agreements with them. We keep a record of these conversations and store them securely. The assistants work the same way on both of our sites, so they recognize you as the same person on either one.

How you use our sites. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and where visitors come from, and Google Ads measurement to know whether an ad led someone to fill out a form. These tools record that a form was submitted, not what it said. We also use Vimeo to show videos, Wufoo to run our forms, and Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam. These tools set cookies, which you can block in your browser settings.

WHO SEES IT

Your information goes to the companies that host our websites, process our forms, deliver our replies, and run our chat assistants, and to Google through the tools described above. They work under our instructions and only for those purposes.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or when we believe sharing is necessary to protect someone’s safety or to protect our rights.

YOUR CHOICES

If you have signed up for a devotional or email series, every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email info@network211.com. We will honor your request unless the law requires us to keep the information.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us to exercise them.

CHILDREN

Our sites are not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
